"Nella primavera del 2014 Dawa Sherpa era il mio Sherpa personale durante una spedizione sull'Everest.
Sfortunatamente siamo diventati testimoni oculari della tragica valanga nella cascata di ghiaccio del Khumbu.
Mentre Dawa aiutava a salvare le vittime nella cascata di ghiaccio, io organizzavo le cure mediche degli sherpa feriti nel campo base. Dopo la spedizione ho visitato tutte le famiglie sherpa delle vittime a Khumbu e Kathmandu e ho fatto delle donazioni.
Tornato in Germania ho raccolto altre donazioni e creato sponsorizzazioni per l'educazione dei bambini, che hanno perso il padre".
Poche ore dopo il terremoto del 2015 mi sono recato in Nepal e ho operato i terremotati con le ossa rotte. La valanga all'Everest e il terremoto hanno avuto un grande impatto su di me.
Ho fondato la "Sherpa Nepalhilfe Germany" ( www.sherpanepalhilfe.de ) per sostenere la popolazione montana del Nepal dopo disastri naturali e incidenti in montagna.
Tre scuole e un centro comunitario sono stati ricostruiti da "Sherpa Nepalhilfe" dopo il terremoto.
Il progetto più grande è l'Himalayan Sherpa Hospital di Khumbu, che aprirà nel 2022.

Jesus Calleja is a renowned Spanish adventure traveler working for more than decades with Thamserku.
We have helped complete various adventures and projects together including the documentary adventure series of “Desafio Everest” and recently assisted in filming an episode for their travel adventure show "Planeta Calleja", by Zanskar productions.
Working with Jesus Calleja, David Bisbal and the team, we also distributed relief materials at Deplang & Thadi (Dolkha district) to support the quake victims of April & May 2015.
The team spent 4 days (15th – 19th September 2015) at the affected area; More than 350 families including children, students and pregnant women were provided with immediate relief, rebuilding materials and some financial contribution.

This is third time I have been working in the Himalayas with Thamserku and I am very pleased with our work.
I completed a very impressive trek on Machapuchare in the western part of Nepal.
Three years ago we had the experience of making a film, it was the film of my life, we shot mostly in the Himalayas with Thamserku as it was difficult to organize and their help was instrumental.
It was very important to us to go to all these little peaks for filming, so with the use of their Helicopters we were able to shoot with the Cineplex, it’s a special method to show these beautiful mountains from the air.
Thamserku assisted with all the planning and were a great help each day. Thank you Thamserku.
